1 Introduction

2 Eligibility

To register and use a dbkk account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming.
• You must not have previously had a dbkk account that was closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one dbkk account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, or the same device — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering on dbkk, you must provide your real name, a valid mobile number, and accurate payment details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If your contact details change, please update them in your account settings or contact dbkk support.

dbkk may carry out identity verification checks at registration or at any point during your use of the platform. This is a standard process and is required to protect both you and the integrity of the dbkk platform. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being restricted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

dbkk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on the dbkk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard.

Deposits are credited to your dbkk balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact dbkk support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the dbkk payments team. Most withdrawals are completed within one to three hours of submission. In some cases, additional verification may be required before a withdrawal can be approved, which may extend processing time.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name.
• dbkk does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited via a specific method must be withdrawn to the same method where technically possible.
• dbkk reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dbkk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed alongside each promotion on the dbkk platform.

General bonus rules that apply across all dbkk promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and will be used after your real money balance is depleted.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic betting strategies designed to guarantee profit.
• dbkk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse or exploitation is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the dbkk platform — including Teen Patti 20-20, Baccarat, Callbreak, Lucky Dice, Fortune Bingo, Astar Live, and 24 Hour Grand Prix — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

dbkk uses live dealers and physical equipment for its live dealer games. Game results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, dbkk will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with its fair play policy. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical error, bets will be voided and stakes returned to players.

• Bets placed after the official betting window has closed will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• dbkk reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction.
• Game history is recorded and available in your account for review.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbkk platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the dbkk platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use dbkk for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dbkk staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the dbkk platform.

dbkk monitors all account activity and uses fraud detection systems to identify suspicious behaviour. If your account is flagged for investigation, it may be temporarily restricted while the review is conducted. dbkk will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbkk account credentials, including your username and password. dbkk strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.

• Never share your dbkk login details with anyone, including friends or family members.
• dbkk staff will never ask for your password via any channel.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any additional security features available in your account settings.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact dbkk support immediately. dbkk will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking your account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Termination

You may close your dbkk account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

dbkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, dbkk may withhold account balances pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

12 Limitation of Liability

dbkk provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. dbkk shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to internet connectivity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbkk's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. dbkk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
